With 9 weeks to go, I’m starting to feel like I should be ramping up the training and now getting slightly nervous. On the same day as the London to Brighton Bike Ride managed to get in a loop to Newbury and Highclere. These mileages are ok but I really do need to get into the habit of stopping to eat – religiously. This is probably the single biggest problem I find, not eating enough and at the right times.
